Community guidelines
The short version: be a person other people are glad to have matched with. The longer version is below, and we enforce it.

Be yourself, verifiably
Your photos must be of you, recent, and clear enough to recognise you from. Your age must be accurate. Impersonating anyone — a real person, a public figure, or an invented one — is grounds for permanent removal.
Every member completes live selfie verification before sending a first message. Accounts that fail a second review are removed.
What is never allowed
- Harassment, threats, stalking or repeated unwanted contact
- Hate speech or slurs targeting any protected characteristic
- Sexual content sent to someone who has not asked for it
- Anyone under 18, or any content involving minors
- Requests for money, investment tips, or links to trading platforms
- Commercial promotion, recruitment or off-platform advertising
- Sharing another member’s photos, messages or personal details
- Content depicting violence, self-harm, or the sale of controlled goods
Consent runs the conversation
A match is not consent to anything beyond a message. Nobody owes you a reply, a photo, a phone number or a meeting, and pressure of any kind is a violation of these guidelines rather than a personal style.
Unmatching, blocking and leaving a conversation are always available, never announced to the other person, and never something you have to justify to us.
How we enforce this
Reports go to a trained human moderator who reads the conversation in context. Depending on what they find, an account may receive a warning, a temporary suspension, a permanent removal, or a referral to law enforcement.
Serious violations skip straight to permanent removal. We do not operate a strike system for threats, sexual content sent without consent, or anything involving a minor.
If we get it wrong
Every enforcement decision can be appealed once, and a different moderator reviews the appeal. If we made a mistake, we restore the account and say so.
