Do I need a card to join?
No. Free accounts never ask for payment details, and there is no trial that quietly converts into a subscription.
Can I cancel whenever I like?
Yes. Cancel from Settings and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. No cancellation fee, no retention call, no charge to come back later.
Do paid members get seen more?
Priority placement moves you up a list you were already eligible for. It never unlocks people that a free account could not have reached.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Matches, conversations and photos stay exactly where they are; the paid-only features simply stop appearing.
