Terms of service

1. Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must not be barred from using the service under the laws of your country, and you must not have been previously removed by us.

One person, one account. Accounts are personal to you and cannot be transferred, sold or shared.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.

Information on your profile must be accurate. Deliberately misrepresenting your age, identity or photographs is a breach of these terms.

3. Acceptable use

Our community guidelines form part of these terms. Breaching them may result in a warning, suspension or permanent removal of your account.

• Do not harass, threaten, deceive or defraud other members
• Do not scrape, copy or reuse member data or content
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service
• Do not use the service for commercial promotion or recruitment

4. Paid plans and billing

Free accounts are free and do not require payment details. Paid plans renew automatically at the interval you selected until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and there is no cancellation fee. Where consumer law in your country gives you a statutory right to a refund, that right applies in full and is not affected by anything in these terms.

We will give you at least 30 days’ notice before changing the price of a plan you are on.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, text and other content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, store and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the service. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to short technical retention in backups.

6. Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time from Settings, and deletion is permanent. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms or our community guidelines, or where we are required to by law.

7. Our responsibility to you

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but we do not promise that you will meet anyone, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that another member is who they claim to be despite verification.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
