Everyone is verified

A live selfie is matched against profile photos before a first message can be sent. Change your photos without re-verifying and the badge comes off until you do.

Humans review reports

Every report reaches a trained moderator, not a queue of automated rules. Most are actioned within 30 minutes, at any hour.

You control what is visible

Blur your photos until you choose to unlock them, hide your profile from your contacts, and browse invisibly whenever you want to.

Encrypted in transit and at rest

Messages and photos are protected with AES-256 and rotating keys. Support staff cannot browse your conversations.

What happens when you report someone

No form to justify yourself with, no waiting to be believed. The account is restricted the moment you tap report.

Report from the conversation
Open the chat, tap the menu, choose Report. Attach a reason — you do not need to write an explanation.

The account is restricted
The person disappears from your view immediately, before anyone has reviewed anything. They are not told who reported them.

A moderator reads the thread
A trained human reviews the conversation in context and decides on a warning, a suspension or a permanent removal.

You hear back
We tell you an outcome was reached. We do not share another member’s account details with you, and we never share yours with them.

Before you meet someone

None of this is about being suspicious. It is about being able to relax once you are there.

Meet in public first

A coffee, a busy bar, a walk somewhere with other people around. There is no rush to make a first meeting private.

Tell someone where you are going

Share the venue and a rough time with a friend. Share your live location for the evening if it helps you relax.

Keep the first chat in the app

Anyone pushing hard to move to another platform before you have met is worth a second look. Reporting works here.

Never send money

No genuine match will ask, whatever the emergency sounds like. Report it and we will handle the account.

Arrange your own travel

Getting yourself there and back means you decide when the evening ends.

Trust the feeling

You can leave at any point without a reason. Block on the way home; nobody is notified that you did.
